Time Standards

Some of you might know about Age Group Motivational Time Standard which is designed to encourage age group swimmers to step their swimming up to the next level. These time standards guide you from just starting out in your age group to reaching your highest potential. Start at Level B and work your way up to Level AAAA times. Click here to see the 2013-2016 A/B Age Group Motivational Time Standards.

If your child has swum any US Swimming meets in the past (summer league doesn't count), his/her time can be found in US Swimming database here.
